Paper Cut

An ace police negotiator and detective, Athena Salazar, is called to the scene where her supervisor is taken hostage. Through the long and slow process, she is faced with the cold-blooded hostage taker, Nicolas Narvaez, whose demeanors are difficult to interpret.
