When Ari's sister disappears in a series of bombings, she digs deep beneath the Darwinistic society as war ensues between powerful leaders and the dissenting impoverished rising against the city's strict laws and police brutality -- and discovers a dark secret that could shatter the entire city. But, for her sister, time is running out.
