"I never take risks. I always play it safe. I made a snowflake in class the other day. I kept staring and staring at its edges and curves. It explained me. How risky I wasn't. The other kids had beautiful snowflakes. Those kids, took risks." Angela never took risks. Because, well, she never needed to. Her family was financially stable, she had a loyal group of friends, and did pretty good in school. But then, the results came in. Most of her friends would sadly be going to different schools than her. So the only thing left for her to do is spend as much time as she can with them. This leads to her wanting to not be such a Plain Jane, and do things to remember her middle school years goodbye.
