Painted Skies

It was always summer time, the way the warm breeze would blow past their faces. The sticky feeling of sorbetes falling down their hands. That was the very memory of their summer time. It all came to a stop one year, when Adrien's grandfather's ancestral home in Batangas was sold out of the blue.

Clara's summers became dull and still hoped they would come back. It never happened, years passed and she finally moved to Manila to pursue her studies. It was one faithful day and a jeepney where their paths finally crossed again.
