This is the story of Allaras Amell, mage of the Fereldin Circle tower at lake Calenhad. Magic is a natural force, a gift, a curse, and-most of all-a force to be reckoned with. This force has always come naturally to Allaras. Coming into his magic at age six, an extremely early age, he was kept an apostate for nine years.
