They wanted them to stay, but was told no. Their baby was about to be born, so they left the palace to go back to 2021. Robert Wentforth, descendant of Scottish highlanders, also decides to leave his comforting midwestern town. He takes along with him his wife and two kids, who die of disease. After drinking himself numb, he decides to clean up his life. He prays in church, and then finds a woman thrown at his feet. This woman claims she's in the wrong time period.
