This is a Tommy center story. Foolish is his dad, Karl is his brother.
The first 4 chapters are just me trying to figure things out, so I'm sorry if they aren't good. I promise there is an actual storyline...

He must learn with help from many of his friends to let go of the fear. Dream has already managed to amass a small rebellion, but unless Dream can control himself, they cannot do anything.
