a many many many AU fanfiction that started as a Midoriya-Todoroki swap AU and then turned into this thing 

Shoko Todoroki has always loved Snow, green M&Ms, and (most) Heroes. It's not easy being the only quirkless Todoroki, but when she meets All Might she's astounded to find out that he was looking for a successor.
