“Dude” I looked at Carter with exhilaration pumping through my veins. “Dude” he responded equally thrilled “We’re seniors.” I squeaked out I turned to look at Grande Ridge High school, this was where all my moments of being a goofball and an immature schoolgirl resided. This was the school I have been going too for 3 years with memories packed to the sky with ones never to be forgotten. It hit me when I realized how fast we were growing up. One more year to go and I’ll be in college My stomach tightened with anticipation with that thought and I tightened my death grip around my backpack strap “Finally…” he murmured and took a step forward Little did I know that was a step closer to meeting heart breaker, my ones promised and revealing my traitor ~~ Aria Ferne is a 17 year old girl who just entered senior year, the year of being a semi-adult. Her best friend, Carter Morris, is right by her side. They are like peas and a pod, they do everything together. But here’s the catch, Carter likes Aria. "Anyways have I told you that you have really pretty eyes?" she asked as she got closer pushing a strand of hair behind my ear catching me off guard, a small tint of blush creeping on my face. "No-no you haven't." I stuttered lightly making her chuckle as she looked deep into my eyes, admiring them, before breaking out silence leading us into a light-hearted conversation. ************* Love does a lot of things to people for Jayden Dawson it makes a school rivalry take a whole new turn as a composition for her love ensues.
