When Y/n Targaryen is born, the gods flipped a coin.
---------
Being blamed for her mothers death, wasn't something unusual. The whole castle barley liked her. It didn't help that her older sister, Rhaenyra, was the heir to the Iron Throne. Everyone praised her, cherished her, loved her, and respected her.
Y/n was treated differently. She was treated more rudley, was blamed, and they even sent her away at the age of four to Dragon Stone. For fifteen years, Y/n had trained to become more independednt, fierce, and stronger, with the help of her uncle Daemon, who was also sent here.
----------
When she had turned Nineteen, she was brought back home, rather by her Uncle Daemon, instead of her Father. She was also given the four most strongest Dragons by her uncle, to which she named them Vhagar, Viserion, Drogon, and Balerion.
(Laena's dragon will be called Vuxous)
When she arrives, she meets two Targaryen boys, Aegon II, and Aemond. She also meets Ser Harwin Strong. As he'll be her main guard.
She makes friends, gets a night comer, becomes enemies with most people, and even creates attention around her. After all it is Y/n Targaryen.
But something doesn't sit right. Y/n believes later on that the throne should be hers, and not Rhaenyra's or Aegon's. If they won't bend the knee, then she'll make them.
BLOOD will be spilt, FIRE will be ablazed, and LOVE will be made.
~I think of how the mystics read by the light of their own bodies. What a world of darkness that must have been to read by the flaming hearts that turn into heaps of ash on the altar, how everything, in the end, is made equal by the wind.~
Daenys Velaryon lives only for others, yet within her heart, she harbours a whisper of selfish desire. She has dedicated her life to her brothers, becoming their staunch advocate, their steadfast defender, their eldest sister, entwined with their destinies. What purpose, she wonders, could she have if not in their service? Yet, in the quiet moments, when shadows soften the world, she dreams of a life unfettered, free from the heavy chains of duty and sacrifice. She does not covet the Iron Throne, nor does she wish to spill her blood for its cold, unyielding promise. However, to forsake her responsibilities and thrust them upon her brothers would make them a target of the realm's violence, defying the very essence of her being. For Daenys is nothing if not their protector, the guardian of their fate, even as she longs for a destiny of her own.
