I'm not exactly sure what this is but I'll try to explain it
so I started writing down random notes kinda of like what my mind says when I have panic attacks
and I'd like other people to know what I think about
and maybe help some people not feel so alone
So yeah
I name the parts the dates that it happened and put in the chapter itself the time, whether or not it was at school, and if it was a panic attack, almost panic attack, or full panic attack
