✰ dreamnotfound. (COMPLETED) ✰ George has always had a fascination with the mysterious Dream's work. Paintings line his home signed by Dream, and he even runs a blog on his work in his spare time. Clay is the masked Dream, afraid of the world. He paints pictures of emotions he longs to feel - love, happiness, as well as emotions he feels too often - fear, sadness, and anxiety. He never showed his face when painting to escape the media. Everything was as fine as it could be, until Clay meets the bright and enthusiastic George, who pulls him into the world to show him emotions he had only painted. George painted Clay's world with emotions he had never felt before. If only George knew Clay was the one behind the mask. ✰ usual disclaimers apply :) - tw: alcohol use in a later chapter, there is a warning before the chapter :). there is also a depressive tone used in relation to one of the characters. - rated mature for language! - NOTE: the name switches from clay to dream are IMPORTANT and on purpose. :) - words: 21,018 - started: 8/21/20 - completed: 8/29/20 ✰ MILESTONES! :D #1 dreamnotfound 11/19/20 1K reads - 10/13/20 100 votes- 10/14/20 2K reads - 11/4/20 200 votes - 11/4/20 3K reads - 11/14/20 300 votes - 11/9/20 4K reads - 11/19/20 400 votes - 11/19/20 5K reads - 11/20/20 500 votes- 11/21/20 10K reads - 12/10/20 1K votes- 12/31/20 20K reads - 2/27/21Complete
New Friends, or Old?
Dream and George used to be best friends when there were little kids but Geroge's family moved away and he ended up forgetting about Dream, but Dream never forgot his best friend. Then years later the two end up living next to each other again and Dream recognizes his old friend and wants to reform the friendship, and maybe add a bit more to it. This is a DreamNotFound fanfic. I don't want to make anyone unconfirmable, so if Dream, George, or anyone else that I add here wants it taken down I will. Also, Dream has said that he doesn't like his real name and so whenever he is mentioned he will be Dream and not Clay. I might throw in smut at the end-ish of this, still not sure, but if I do I will be sure to make note of it for anyone that doesn't want to read it. ***Note of the art sadly isn't mine, all credit to the artists!***Complete
Help Me
This wasn't supposed to happen. None of this was. George never expected what would happen when he went to the store that day to pick up a few things, and Clay never expected to take someone hostage when they robbed that store. George is a very bright individual who never let anything stop him. Although he wasn't what you would call 'normal' depending on what you believe normal even is. His father was a scientist, a great one even but one day he went mad. A new project was created. Project 404. George was experimented so much like nothing before. At that point, he was barely human anymore. He adapted to his surrounds and his skills had enhanced.
