Elvie is the unknow daughter of Gandalf the grey born before his journey to middle earth. With permission from the Valar. Elvie was granted permission to go with her father on his adventure. Only when they arrived in middle earth fearing that his daughter might perish in an unexpected battle. He did what he thought was best and left her in the kingdom of Gondor. After nearly 70 years of her being left there Gandalf eventually came to retrieve her and brought her to a small cottage in the woods near the hidden passages into Imladris or known in common tongue Rivendell. Content enough for her liking her father started her travels and she stayed in their small cottage. Once a year Gandalf made the journey to spend time with his daughter but after nearly 3000 years she was sick of it. With her father bringing a band of 13 Dwarves and one Hobbit to their home it has finally given her the open she needs to ask her father to tag along.
