The doubts in her floated with her tears, along with several sniffs, and the vibration coming from the way she wanted to calm but all ceased momentarily and she felt void to her core.

Lord Edam prowled his ocean blue eyes upon her lips which were quivering. He could see how his confession got her shocked but in a way that shocked him too. He never realized how deeply he felt for her, not until this very moment... -He could no longer deny her.

Naya closed and open her eyes again. The intense heat she was feeling underneath her skin was hellish.

Likewise, Lord Edam was trying hard to suppress the urge of his brutality. Feared he was going to scare the shit out of her again but then the eagerness to brace her into his soul was more dominating.

He just needs her to say a word... Just an answer!

Beneath her breath, she whispered. "I do but..."
