The Regions Pandemic

people going missing, during an ongoing pandemic, and the city is divided into three parts, smallest part is where the pandemic hit hard. the second part where people are going missing, the pandemic had also hit hard there but some people are suspecting those who are missing had died due to the pandemic, some suspect there's a third region and the missing people are brought there and are having a good life. the third region isn't known by a lot, people don't believe those who say a third region exists because they say that there's supernatural beings and an apocalypse happening there, those who found out that there's a third region and would discuss about it in public will be brought to the third region to slaughter them. the third region has been kept a secret for centuries due to it being so dangerous, that so little people know about it, and the people who know about it are being slaughtered.
