Loosely based off the anime. I'm rewriting this on this account. I'm also changing a few things which I will mention in an author's note.

Izuku Midoriya: the truest hero of all time.
Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

Izuku was bullied as a child for his interest, and his quirklessness But that all changed in one day when he reached his limit, and awakened his Quirk, Ultimate Lifeform. With the power to alter his genetic makeup to match aspects of any living thing he knows of, he went from being bullied, to being revered as almost a God among his peers. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
