Loosely based off the anime. I'm rewriting this on this account. I'm also changing a few things which I will mention in an author's note.

Izuku Midoriya has been bullied for as long as he can remember all because everyone thinks he's quirkless. He has a quirk he just doesn't see the point in showing off. He hopes to be a hero for everyone one day but he's slowly losing hope.

Until the 6th grade. He started to Self harm. He started it as a few Cuts then it went to burns then nearly life threatening cuts. Izuku yagi a boy who dreamed of becoming a hero, but once he was diagnosed as quirkless his family and friends started to neglect him and abuse him his final straw was when his mother abandoned him in a forest when he was eight years old, but soon to come of it, the parents would've known of what they did and it would haunt them for the rest of their life to find out if they would ever meet again, but unknown to them. It would've been years before they come face-to-face with their lost former family member. His Mother Inko(Green Storm), his Step-father Toshinori(All Might), his step-sister Izumi and his friends (1A) turned their backs on him. The only ones who were nice to him were his uncles and aunties. At the age of 14 he was saved by his biological father and exposed what Inko and Toshinori did. Hisashi won Izuku custody. Izuku was bullied as a child for his interest, and his quirklessness But that all changed in one day when he reached his limit, and awakened his Quirk, Ultimate Lifeform. With the power to alter his genetic makeup to match aspects of any living thing he knows of, he went from being bullied, to being revered as almost a God among his peers. Will he seek revenge for the endless bullying and torture? Or will he become a Hero, like he always dreamed of as a child? Find out now, in my first story. Izuku Midoriya was bullied and looked upon as a waste of space for the majority of his life. It only got worse when everyone found out that he was quirkless. From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
