I once was like you. Lost within this flood of information a combination of zeros and ones just like the rest of the universe. Binary code so similar and yet so different to the rest of the world. Just like you I couldn't decipher the meaning of life. When I was born the world already had too much to learn, the expectations of the elders to high, well maybe even my own. The end of the world long due, but still we human beings were persistent playing gods in a world which already had way too many. I saw the world for what it was, some might call me pessimistic or depressed, but to be honest I just decided to be realistic. 
After the third war there wasn't much left of the world as people knew it before, but since I was born long after that I never knew the world in the beauty the elders described in.  I just knew it in the after. And so, it somehow came to be that I embarked on a journey to the other. 
Not like they were that different from us apart from the missing dirt on their bodies and the missing look of hunger in their eyes. Living like kings whilst they forgot about us. There was no difference within their zeros and ones, and ours. So, what made them so much better than us?Todos los derechos reservados

Long ago, our planet was visited by beings from another world, and they built cities here and created human beings here based on their own DNA but modified to suit the Earth's environment. They had complicated romantic relationships with each other and with humans, and also led human populations to fight war with each other using weapons of mass destruction over their petty disagreements. Human beings are still part of that legacy. A group of enlightened people who have reincarnated many times from those days to learn that this is not the way forward. Pooling their resources together, they have decided to try and put an end to this vicious cycle once and for all. But how much do they know? How much control do they have over their destiny? Will they succeed? Or will they fall prey to the machinations of their enemy, whose identity they don't even know.

I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. However, that doesn't change the fact I am here now, and my job is to save what I can on this forsaken planet and what's left of its inhabitants. The problem is that not everyone wants to be saved. I know what you're thinking. You can't save those who don't want to be saved. I bloody well agree. The ones who sent me don't care what you or I think, though. All they care about is numbers. They need a certain success rate to continue to get funding for their "expeditions" and "peacekeeping" efforts. I use both terms loosely here. However, that's what they put on their records, and it's what sounds good and looks suitable to their investors. So this is the way it's going to be. So be it! Oh, did I forget to mention the Universe decided I was the lucky girl to help find the one person who could save us all from self-destruction? Yea, that is a shitty idea, but once again, no one cares what I think.

Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. the humans in the aftermath of the technological singularity, conquered the milky way Galaxy with its friendly ally, the ancestral, Elven republic, and the Sectoid federation, they are now the only galactic superpower in the universe. they are now united under the banner of the utopian galactic society (UGS). it's been 50.000 years since UGS conquered the milky way galaxy, now the UGS are preparing a giant portal for operation: Andromeda, to set foot on another galaxy to find what is thought impossible and rare; lifefrom in Andromeda Galaxy. UGS sent a scouting party of 3 ship worlds and 1 trillion ships to set foot a new frontier, a new galaxy. after weeks and months of arriving and searching for any civilization across a quarter of the galaxy until they found it several light years away from the portal. it was a single solar system, having 1 planet in the habitable zone. what they found is astonishing, there's life in this planet, the UGS heard the natives call this planet alpharan, but with a twist. these lifeform having a technology of the 14th and 15th century, some are pre cold war era as well the UGS are fascinated about this single planet and anxious at the same time. what will they respond upon first contact? #.1 in UFO (10th/Nov/2023)
