Cesar watched, in pure and utter horror, as the alternate melted into a black liquidy mess, before forming into a person. One of which who was extremely nice to everyone they encountered. One of which who kept their raven black hair messy but neat at the same time. One of which who was 18 years old and who's birthday was in 6 days. One of which who was the best friend of Mark Heathcliff.
One of which, who was Cesar Torres.
Or; Cesar - as a ghost - watches Mark get tormented for the three days he was trapped in his room, unable to help.
