One late night, after working himself to exhaustion, Izuku is found at his breaking point, feverish and alone, by pro-hero, UA teacher, and future father-figure Eraserhead. Will the world be able to look beyond the lack of a quirk and see this boy as a hero? In a universe were quirks and secondary gender were an everyday thing. One teenager got dealt with a shitty hand of cards. Shinsou Hitoshi been in foster care since his quirk manifested when he was five and at he age of ten, he presented as a male omega, which was rare. Izuku and Izuki Midoriya are twin brothers. When they were little, they were sold off to be experiments by there so called father. They were able to escape and started doing Vigilante work together but when an incident happen happen with the top two heroes, it left Izuku alone without a brother. That day forward Izuku couldn't help but feel a hatred towards all heros but what would happen if a certain underground hero had mistaken Izuku as a normal cat and decided to take him home.
