Nanette Fraser always wondered why she existed. She never thought she was pretty, or smart. She had a regular childhood, until July 4th, 2022, her father killed himself. And her mother didn't handle that well. Nanette started school 2 1/2 months ago, and boy did she hate it. Her hometown - Giver Bridge - never had anything exciting going on there, until now. People said Nanette had a fresh start and that she should enjoy it, and she did have a fresh start, for a little bit. But what happens this year, she never even thought of.
