Sia was an outcast in her old school but an intelligent girl. Caste discrimination was still a problem in her old school. So to escape from that hell, she applied for a merit based admitting school. When the result came out, her classmate and study rival - Nupur, got into the school. Her father received the call from that school - 'Jubliant New Visionary School'. But Sia didn't. Sia was so mad at everything, literally everything. After seeing everyone congratulating Nupur in class, her anger fumes were hard to stop. Sia came out of her school bus and started showing tantrums, threw her bag, and started crying. Her mother tried to comfort her. But the little teen Sia was so upset. She didn't have dinner that night. The next day, Nupur and her parents went to see the school. It was a big & nice school with decent education. But her father didn't like the school, only because he thought that it was for underprivileged children. So they cancelled the admission. After two days, there was an election for the class leader. There was only one girl against Sia, Nupur. Sia didn't have many friends, because of her caste. Nupur was quite famous among girls in her class. There were only 12 girls in their class. Nupur was popular but she wasn't good to girls with low grades. So Sia had that advantage. Sia went home and told her mother about the election. Her mother gave her an idea. Next day Sia came to school with a bag full of chocolates. It was the day of the election. Sia was hoping the chocolate magic has worked on her friends. Everyone wrote their elected candidate's name on a paper and submitted. Sia needed 7 votes to win. Her homeroom teacher started counting the votes. Sia was 1 vote ahead of Nupur. There was only one chit in the box. The teacher opened the last chit and said - Nupur. Nupur started screaming like she won. But it was actually a tie. But Sir said 'Silent, who wrote this? Please stand up.'

#4 in highschoollovestory on 11/2/2020 ****This book starts off with the present time of a wedding and reveals a hidden love story**** Sairah's a hijabi... and life as a hijabi isn't easy at Kendale High School. Sairah is witty, sarcastic, modest and beautiful. She receives looks of admiration, and hatred because of her loyalty to her religion. However, one day someone takes things too far... Ahmed, the new kid was also Muslim and had just moved to LA. He's bold, charming, egoistic, handsome, and sometimes gets a little too in over his head. However, when Sairah's and his path clash insults are exchanged and so is flattery. Learn the eventual result of these two hot-headed Muslims and where life takes them... Both start off with a rather teasing and sarcastic friendship, but time leads them into something more-- something beautiful. ************************************************************************************************ "Now? Now I have to deal with you throwing all your hard work for a girl! A girl Ahmed! A girl!" He emphasizes 'girl' with annoyance and disappointment. I clench my jaw getting heated. "Dad she is NOT some girl okay! I love her and she loves me! She is more than just some girl!" I soften my tone, "dad I love her okay and I'm not leaving NYU because of her. I'm not even thinking about NYU for her. And for our future together." I try to reason with my dad who is shaking his head in disbelief. "Ahmed I know you care about her okay. There's nothing wrong with falling in love-- unless she's taking you away from your life plan!" My dad explains visibly frustrated. "Dad, it was never my life plan to begin with. It was yours!" I run a hand through my hair. ************************************************************************************************ ALSO, THIS STORY IS A TAD RELIGIOUS BUT IT IS FICTIONAL
