Persevere is a rainwing living alone in a part of the rainforest rarely explored by any dragon to study a small community of strange scavengers hidden away from the rest of Pyrrhia. As he continues to spend time studying them, he'll soon find himself in an age old conflict between dragons and scavengers, all while a memory from his past resurfaces to haunt him. 

Will Persevere stay true to his old promise? Or will the scavengers drive him over the edge?
