He finally got to start hormones and got his name changed, and hopes to graduate as his true self. 
Leaving his old friends behind for a new school the next town over is scary though, he fears he will be lonely all year and only study during his last fun school year. 

Jean, an art student who has still been dealing with the grief with the loss of his best friend has spent his last year cooped up in the art studio. 
With no ambitions left and a dwindling social life he can't see a future for himself after high school. 

When the two young boys cross paths in school one day and make an unusual bond, they strive to have the best of their last high school year together.
