[UNEDITED!!!!!]
Against all odds, Ivey Vines has won the Hunger Games. She can now return home to her Aunt Laura & regrettably, Luke's family; however, as she had feared, life back at home wasn't what she hoped it would be. Ivey must live with the scars she made through her survival of the Games. She is again the Capitol's play thing & is forced to show off their exploits. She has to live with the grief & regret for the deaths she's caused & for losing her best friend Luke who is now nothing but a memory. Life is terrible this way, & Ivey begins to see death as a better option to life. But when Ivey finds herself at the pit of another Capitol conspiracy to destroy her & her loved ones, she realizes that in order to win this fight, she must stay alive no matter how grueling it gets or what the cost.
