Oh, what a dream

Toby couldn't believe they had just moved to the UK with their older brother Theo. Moving to the UK will be very good for him, less negativity from their parents whenever they used their powers, you see Toby had powers of shape shifting no not that kind, the kind where he could change age, which is not very helpful in most scenarios, but he loved it non the less because of his coping mechanism, which went amazingly with this powers, Age regression, he could change age in his mind and body now, It's amazing for him overall.

Theo was ecstatic he could take his younger brother with him to the UK, now Toby could meet all his friends and make new friends for himself too, Theo didn't know much why Toby wanted to come with him, but he didn't mind because he loved his brother (PLATONIC only time I'm saying this).

Toby is 16 with light brown puffy hair that could be mistaken as a mullet and has grey eyes with a tint of blue, he is 5'6 not like that matters, Toby uses He/They and is bisexual. He is also an age regressor.

Theo
Age: 18
Birthday: November 2nd, 2003
Powers: None
Theo is 18 with dirty blonde hair that puffs up a lot and stays quite long most of the time, he has blue eyes with a few tints of brown he is also 6'6. (Tall fucker) Theo uses He/Him but doesn't mind other pronouns used on him and is Pansexual. He is Toby's main (Only) caregiver so far.

Felix
Age: 18
Birthday: April 9th, 2004
Powers: Unknown
Felix is 18 with blond hair that is quite fluffy and makes him look like a golden retriever, he has blue eyes that resemble diamonds, and he is 6'2. (Tall fucker number 2) Felix uses He/Him but doesn't mind They/Them being used on him. He is Straight and is also boy flux. He thinks Toby is 3 which he is not as you can read about later in the story or just the prologue. (This chapter)
