In the world of special abilities called quirks, y/n is one of the unfortunate souls who happens to be born without a quirk. He has graduated from a primary school and now has recently started a part time job. However, his life has been turned upside down when he meets a sentient floating hand who makes a contract with him. As he accepts the contract, he's given medals and a device that allows him to use the power of the animals while becoming a  hero named Kamen rider OOO. Along the way they meet alot of people like Aozora Akari who was a fellow kamen rider, she was called Kamen Rider PunkJack. Everyone got along and lived happy lives, Yaku was the happiest since he achieved something that was thought to never be possible, a quirkless person going to U.A. high... Well that ended when 'that' happened... After that "event" Yaku was never same... The only thing that he strived for was... Hey... Dr_Wrath writing.
