In the year 2500, in the slums of what used to be Chicago, lives Angel who is no ordinary girl. Angel is a Hoshi, a superhuman with amazing abilities. Angle lives in the life of poverty and neglect as she wonders homeless through out the city. Until she stumbles on a group of her own kind. But after they get captured by the Peacekeepers, will Angel ever find them again or will they be lost to her forever.
