{BWP #1} I didn't go to medical school, and that's okay

The first installment of this blog-style post is kind of an open letter to myself but moreover to share with others who have either been in this situation and/or have thought about this at some point in their academic/professional career relating to medicine.

I leave some points kind of open-ended intentionally to allow those to be follow-up articles (and even points of discussion in the comments) instead of making this one longer than it needed to be at this time.

I hope you find it interesting and/or even resonating on this perspective and the things not quite so spoken on about pursuing this kind of career.
