Alyssa Routledge just wishes her brother, John B, would accept two things: that their dad was dead, and that the Royal Merchant Wreck didn't exist.
However, it seemed those were two wishes she was never going to get so she played along with her brother's crazy ideas and tried her best to be okay with it. But there was so much in Alyssa's future that she just wasn't prepared for, going on a wild goose chase, avoiding the police, and falling in love.
A high tide doesn't seem risky, but when the waters rise, so does chaos.
