Love,a magnamous four lettered word that can provoke joy, happiness yet it has the the power to incite destruction and chaos. Why is it always linked with pain? Her heart barricaded by walls of self belief, decorated with tangled thread of Faith and integrity , she craves love that has infinte depths after bumping into a heartbreak that leaves her helter skelter. Craving and wanting is another part of life that only the lucky get what they really want. Him. In a small town there lived a girl with high hopes and great expectations.Who refused to give in to the traditions thriving in her town.Who denied to be defined by how others described her.She was scoffed at for her lofty ambitions, which the girls of her background wouldn't dare to dream.Those laughs never stopped her from dreaming high.Those scornful eyes never deterred her from working towards her goal. Despite her strong unwillingness she is inserted into a man's life. Life takes a huge turn when the determined Hera was stripped off all her determination and zeal. Just when she thinks life is going to get beautiful,happens an incident that leaves her soul bruised.Not letting the circumstances tame her she rises above all odds just like the rays of light breaks through the trees.She refuses to let the thorns rip up her soul any longer,picking them one by one she reaches her destination with majestic splendour.Complete

We walked towards the car, my attention on his bruised hand. Before we entered I took the first aid box. He stood there, tall, eyes ~ deep enough to drown me. He made my heart mad and it shivered as I neared him. I saw him grin and he let out a chuckle, and I asked him, terrified but fearless, "Why are you laughing ?" He turned to give me a closer look, his cold eyes examining every detail of mine and finally he spoke in his heavy Emirati accent that blew my senses, with a smirk alongside. What attitude !!! "Am I the doctor or you ? -I gave him a sideways death glare- And I told him, "I'm your wife," He raised his eyebrow side ways and I raised mine sideways too. And he talked again, burning what remained of me, my ears curious to listen to him. He told me to get in the car bluntly. I denied !! This time I wasn't going to listen to him. And he stared at me - his eyes speaking a lot yet they were so quiet. I saw him take a sigh of defeat! He moved up to me, close... closer.... bridging the gap that let air pass between us. Assalamu alaikum, As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, we should remind ourselves of the importance of dua during this holy month. Allah ﷻ says in the Quran: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided." (Quran 2:186) This verse is a beautiful reminder that Allah ﷻ is always close to us, and He hears our prayers and supplications. Ramadan is a month of increased blessings and rewards, and it is the perfect time to increase our dua and ask for forgiveness, guidance, and blessings from Allah ﷻ.
