As one united species the humans of earth decided in the year 12,319 that they would use geoengineering to attempt to deal with rapid climate change. Meliacos city was founded in 12,323 as an hq for the fight against global warming and all major crises. In 12,341 it was named the capital of the united terran nation. Things were finally going great for earth. It was 12,392 when things changed. Noy merriann was elected as the president of the council of the UTN. He slowly used his influence to corrupt the council. He created a new system. A planet wide dynasty. Today in 12,447 meliacos city is a totalitarian surveillance state controlled by hona merriann, noys daughter.
