In the vast space of endless time in the universe, every individual who enters the world is the mere silhouette of a fragment of time before it continues on once their mortality expires. Time does not abide by the rules and regulations of the court or societies, it is benevolent and merciful but its brutality is more potent than the hands wielded by any mere man. It deceives and claws at reality, scarring humankind with its boundaries. The Valyrian dynasties that remain of Old Valyria have manipulated their mark on the world and, they believe, time itself for years. Yet some grow restless, yearning for times long past and have instead let time creep up on them. Lady Angelina of House Oseria and Prince Daemon of House Targaryen have been denied by time in pursuing their love for years and now they find themselves in a bind with time, trying to pry its claws out of their skin before they lose one another for good.
