Warriors with disabilities have been looked at like freaks for a long time. They've always been forced to be medicine cats or told they can't have special roles in the clans, heck they're even made out to be bad warriors by all of the abled cats. There is one cat who can change all of that, and she won't miss her opportunity to shine.
