Phoenix made two major decisions in her life so far, the first was that she would take care of her brothers the best that she could. Whether this meant becoming a world champion and winning an overwhelming sum of money or more, she was willing. That unnamed variable, that more, is what led her to her second decision. The rich were powerful, well off and so willing to brag and throw around their wealth so she decided that for her brothers, she'd become the devil herself. Her hoop earrings were rings of hell and she wore them better than any demon could dream.
