The Devil Loves Me

Jezebelle De'Voux is everything simple and ordinary. She wanted things to be easy already having to go through so much already in her life. Every relationship she ever had, whether it be friendly, romantically, or parental, just never worked out and it was becoming exhausting. Her life was becoming boring to the point she felt like she was constantly reliving the same day over and over again. There was some changes that were definitely in order, but she figured it just would have been a simple going out on the weekends more. She got what she wanted yet more than she bargained for once she runs in a handsome fellow named Dawson Adler.

Dawson seemed like a typical guy for her but there was something.. different about this man she couldn't quite place her finger on. Everything that seemed to happen between them was too coincidental. She has never seen this man her entire life and now she was running into him everywhere she usually went. Everywhere she went it was as if he either followed after her or was already there before her like he was waiting there specifically for her. He was now slowly entering and consuming every aspect of her life. She was sure she would have noticed someone such as himself before, but he has her wondering if she had been living in a daydream for far too long.

She was grateful for the new distraction until the distractions slowly turned her entire life upside down. Some strange things started to happen around her or to her after that night they met. He never gave her much of an explanation as to how he took care of things. He didn't even so much as give her any indication as to what was coming after her. It's like he helped her forget anything in her life that hurt her, didn't exist. She's still unsure who this man really was, but she was going to find out even if it costs her her heart.
