Izuku is the Reincarnation of Talion's Soul which holds both Celebrimbor's Elven Power that was within Talion even after Celebrimbor Betrayed Talion and gave the new ring to Eltariel The Blade of Galadriel and send by Lady Galadriel. Talion had been forced to use Isildur's ring of power to stay alive and hold back Mordor for decades to a Millennia till the One Ring was destroyed by Frodo Baggins as he was finally freed from the ring and allowed to die finally and to have a peaceful rest only to be reincarnated without the memories and skills of his past and Talion's Ringwraith and elven power was apart of his very soul and being even if Celebrimbor betrayed him. And Isildur's ring was lost for centuries and ended up in Japan waiting for its wielder to find it and that was Izuku. Izuku had been quirkless but held the dormant Elven and Ringwraith power's that had mixed and merged together within him. And this Mixture would allow Izuku to use Elven and Ringwraith skills to raise the undead, and to dominate villains, shame them which is worse then death, or kill them. And Izuku finds Isildur/Dark Talion's Ring at Dagobah Beach at the age of 13 and began training harder to control his power as the ring when he put it on gave him access to the memories of his past life as Talion and the memories of Isildur. And has the armor and weapons of Talion.
