Jessica Overt, a young teenager born into a multi ethnic family. A family with a lot of history, especially before they moved into their current home. Jessica for one has always lived under her brother's shadow, yet has been given the same attention as her popular brother's. Now that she's moved into a new town she can't wait to lie low and forget about everything form her past.
Sadly that doesn't seem to work so well for her, because as soon as she starts her new day at school she seems to garner a lot of attention wherever she goes; she as well gets a lot of friends no matter how hard she tries to lay low. What makes it worse is that she has to deal with high schools groupies and 'gangs' who can't seem to stop troubling her, including a very popular boy in school.

"𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕐 𝔽𝔸𝕄𝕀𝕃𝕐 ℍ𝔸𝕊 𝕊𝔼ℂℝ𝔼𝕋𝕊" - - - "My name is Hazel, but most people call me Ze. I'm from Melbourne, and love Taylor Swift." I cringe at my own words, and think back to a time where Fletcher was one of the only people calling me Ze. "Does anyone have questions for Miss. Bolivi?" Fletcher asks, and I hate the way my father's last name sounds on his lips. Lots of students raise their hands, and I feel overwhelmed. People actually want to learn something about me? "Yes, Miss. Abbott. Ask away," Fletcher says to one of the girls who is seated at a table at the front of the class, with other kids who all look bitchy like her. "Are you related to the Bolivi brothers?" Her disgustingly sweet voice pukes out. "My last name is Bailey," I say coldly, hating how that was her only query about me. - - - Hazel Bailey. She's your typical Australian teenage girl. From going out with friends every Friday night, to crushing on university boys. But what happens when this seemingly normal girl experiences the loss of her mother? Fearing that she's going to go into foster care, Hazel begins to stress, but she quickly discovers that she's not going to go into the system. Instead, her five older brothers have gained custody of her. The same five older brothers she never knew existed. Something about them seems off, and Hazel can't help acting wary. But they're not the only ones with secrets. Join Hazel in a journey of lies, love, attachment, and humor.

New town. Horrible past. Bright future? Nothing is ever certain when you have to start all over with a past almost impossible to forget. New friends. New stories. New adventures. * * * Through out Victoria's life, she was always known as 'that girl', occasionally 'Tori' by the few friends she could make that would never stay. But, she was unaffected by it. People say stupid things sometimes, why should their opinion bother her? She had two loving parents at home, her dog best friend, Bruce, at home to always cheer her back up, her thousands of books she had stacked in her room, and her rather different music genre. She had everything she could ever want... that is, until an accident happens that turns her whole life upside down. Forced to move in with one of her mothers friends in a different state, she has to try and make a new start... but how do you do that when the past keeps haunting your present and future? New friends. New boys. New story. New pain.
