It became something of a silent agreement between them. Dream would avoid the kitchen when he knew Sapnap was eating handfuls of anything and everything he could find throughout the cabinets and fridge. He'd try to ignore the sounds of choking and gagging echoing from the bathroom minutes after. It became their daily routine of sorts, though not one Dream wished to take part in. But what was he to do? It's not like I can do anything, Dream thought, though inside he felt a pang of deep, twisting guilt. That was his best friend who he heard throwing up each night and he didn't do anything to stop it.
