Maybe Later

"I thought you liked me?" I ask while years of resentment and heartbreak fall down my face.

He tilts my chin upwards and I see a smirk on his face. He chuckles and tilts his head.

"Yeah, no. Maybe later." he states simply and walks away, leaving me in tears.
