Family Is Not Always Blood

Pine Hill Academy, a school located in Spain for "problem children" with rigid rules and strict mentors. With more teachers than students at the school, every student was assigned their individual tutor, responsible for their discipline and "upbringing". It was just 14-year-old Alan's luck that his parents felt like they could not handle him anymore, so sending him off to the Academy would be the best option.

Cristian Ramos, a 38-year-old mentor at the school, is assigned to mentor newly transferred Alan, who is openly unenthusiastic about the idea. However, Cristian has a stellar record of ensuring that his mentees graduate with flying colors and stay on the right track. Having lost his teenage son two years prior in an accident, Cristian hopes to change the lives of the teenagers he tutors and help them become the best version of themselves.
