The year is 2026, and the company, Pheonix, is taking over the world.

Pheonix Incorparation has created a "magic system" to which when you turn 18 years old, you are able to choose three powers that you desire.

Carter Nickleson chooses what he thinks is best: Telekinisis, mind-control, and teleportation.
 
Once he discovers how deadly this system is, he rebels against it. Carter joins a group called "The Blu Team" a secret organization full of people who hate Pheonix's Magic too. When he gets to know what the Blu Team is, it's the complete opposite of what he expected. They are spies.
