The summer of 1791, Philadelphia. The next target was the Secretary of Treasury, Alexander Hamilton. The hush money act began and lasted a full year.
Summer of 1797, New York City. The Reynolds Pamphlet is released. Philip Hamilton, having heard of the scandal, did not blame his father. Instead he took action against the Reynolds themselves, going to their house in New York.
