Tommy worked so hard to get to where he was. He was a prodigy, completing the hero training program in only nine months. Come graduation day and every other Hero in the Order of the SMP were lined up to take him under their wing. But Tommy wanted the best of the best. He wanted Dream. But behind the scenes Tommy started to notice things. Despite being the number one hero, Dream was...Tommy knew only one thing about what happened that night. 

But when Tommy tried to remember that night there were only painful flashes. 

Dream did something to him, to his head to make moments scrambled like this. And the only place to turn to was the very place he tried so hard to get away from. The home of the SBI.

Tommy had gotten away from Dream in the canon universe, but in another Tommy was caught and turned into a living punching bag and, kinda, an experiment for Dream later on. He didn't expect Tommy to lose his emotions, the nervous system that told him when he was in pain, and even the will to carry on without Dream by his side. He didn't think that killing and reviving Tommy would affect him so much, but then again Dream wasn't complaining in the slightest. He finally had full control over Tommy, something he'd been craving since he first met the teen. He was not about to let his grip on the teen loosen. Things were alright on the SMP, Wilbur and Tommy had already established L'manburg, Dream was angry at the two of them but didn't seem to be doing much about it, not too much conflict was going on.
