The realm of darkness is a realm that had been cursed to eternal night decades ago.
This realm is slowly dying, its air is getting polluted by dark magic.
It is only a matter of time before the realm becomes entirely inhospitable.

Luckily enough for the humans, elves and vampires  that inhabit the realm, there is a team of heroes forming in the realm. Can they find out who or what is killing the realm and put a stop to the destruction before it's too late?

Update: I won NaNoWriMo on the 28th of November as I hit 52K words. However, this led me to be only halfway though my book, so my new goal is 100K, which should be enough to finish the book.

These beings are coming together at one school and all learning how to fight off their own natural born enemies as well as the enemies of their peers. Eve will be one of the best students if she could only open up her mind to the possibilities a true dragon wizard can conjure up.

A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process. I think a couple of these may end up with follow-on stories or maybe even books of their own. I hope you enjoy these; I know I do.

Somehow, she ends up in the cursed lands of Greyson. She finds she is trapped in a world where time stands still, and magic exist. At first it seems like a paradise. But like they say, when it seems too good to be true, most of the time it is. When there is a misunderstanding, the king accuses Annie of stealing and he kicks her out of the castle. Done with feeling rejected and alone, Annie decides it's time to find a way out. As she tries to find her way out, she starts to learn more about the curse and its people. She also starts to realize maybe the king is not as big of a monster as she thought. Even though most of Greyson is beautiful, something evil is lurking. Hopefully they learn about the threat before it is too late. This is a darker, steamier version of Beauty and the Beast. Strong sexual content, not suitable for anyone under 18.

Aurora settles in comfort in a safe new world and believes being on the other side everything is perfect, but again, she's wrong, and Gharet isn't finished with her. He goes as far to rope the church in and have her returned to him. She battles a tiring fight struggling to just have a peaceful life. Can she, or will she be trapped by Gharet forever? It isn't a life any of these newcomers to Earth would have wanted, but they are grateful to be alive. Icarus Mercury, an elven warlock, has a firm grip on the whole city. He has an enslaved army of refugees from the other Realms. But the people who are trapped are not content with their positions. No, they want freedom. Life. Happiness. Safety. Mercury is a vicious creature, and he wants nothing more than to control every aspect of his city.
