Izuku stood over the still body of Shigaraki letting out a shaky sigh. They won the war he could already hear the celebrating. Yet, once he came back he was ignored no one congratulated him or anything if anything it seemed like they were blaming him for all this. So, Izuku packed his bags bid his Mom farewell, and disappeared from the face of the world. They eventually learned what they had done and tried to make up for it but it was too late Izuku was gone. 18 years have passed with Japan now fully repaired, the adult pro heroes that were once Class 1-A and Bare still looking for Midoriya to repent for their mistakes. And finally, they heard rumors of a green-haired man who looked similar to him in a small city working in a cafe. Time to investigate.

A canon divergent story showing the what-ifs and could have beens of a post-war hero society. 0 ships, mostly canon-inferences and behaviours as it relates to characters and their reactions to situations. This also basically counts as an AU as it does not truly follow canon-typical story lines. Lastly, forgive my grammar, it sucks really badly and half of this story was written in a notes app one year ago.🙏 synopsis: Six years ago hero society crumbled as Tomura Shigraki ravaged Japan with an otherwise unbounded hate during the Paranormal Libertation War. That was six years ago, times have changed and society has began soothing a once ripped open sore. Izuku Midoriya starts to feel the burn out of being the number one hero, as old and new faces greet him he has to figure out how to work around the new challenges that now threaten to rip at Japan's number one hero.

All that he ever wanted was living his life and becoming a hero. His father died, his mother abandoned him, his friends never reached out to help him and his quirk was not the same as it used to be.... Status: Completed ~ Not edited! so sorry if there are any spelling/grammar mistakes ~ --------- It was Izuku (Omega) and Todorokis (Alpha) Anniversary, they've been together for 2 years. over the years they've been dating Izuku never let Todoroki mark him because he still wasn't ready to be marked...but things didn't go as planned for Izuku... --------- Bakugo (Alpha) is the number one CEO and stands at 6'3, he's 23 years old. He has a child that's 4 years old (that's pretty smart and can understand people talking....sometimes), and lives in a mansion with servants, and some of his close work friends. ( Mina, Kirishima, and Sero. Denki doesn't know any of them yet.) Izuku (Omega) works at one of the top jewellery shops, and stands at 5'5, he's 22 years old. Izuku doesn't have any children, and he is comfortable (money wise, so he's not rich but he has enough money to keep him alive). --------- Izuku was at the restaurant waiting for Todoroki to show up but he never came, Izuku decided to call him but he didn't answer and just assumed that he forgot... So Izuku just ordered himself food, since he was there...alone. After eating he went to pay for his food, the waiter said that someone else paid for his food. The waiter pointed to the man who paid, and it was an ash-blonde man, with crimson red eyes, next to him was a small ash-Blonde with the same crimson eyes that stared back at him, He told the waiter to say 'thank you' to the man who paid for his food, and they did so for him... Heroic Betrayal
Izuku was returning from completing his mission against the Shie Hassaikai when he returns to something he never even expected. His master telling him that he needs to return the power in order to give it off to someone who will focus all their time on mastering it as well as becoming capable of using 100% of it within the time constraints they have. With all this coming to a head, he relinquishes his power against the mental anguish of the previous users and leaves UA. He never hears how his old mentor had told him that he could stay within the walls of UA, but he just walks away from the school thinking that since he was quirkless... that he doesn't belong there anymore. It was here that he disappeared from Japan, and nobody even knows what happened to him, not even his friends and the girls he loves. He was eventually released 5 years later and disappeared for another 5 with but hatred for current hero society & his former classmates.
