They help open him up after he shuts out everyone who tries talking to him. They help him see that there are some people in this cruel, mean, world that need to be given a chance. Warning- There are humor and sad parts! =] There are some parts that came from other popular books. Anxiety is like a virus, infecting people. Dream has been with Anxiety for about 6-7 years. George has a horrible past with is parents and his ex. Sapnap suffers in the hospital and continues by his abusive dad. Karl is the only good guy. Maybe. George founds out that Dream likes him. Sapnap suffers alot during the hospital and his very best friend Karl, comes to see him face to face for the first time and things took a turn. Karl finds out something wrong. Quackity finds more about Karl. Sapnap finds about both Karl and Quackity. The start of the New year for Dream doesn't go well. Someone gets Kidnapped. Dream wants to end the suffering. Virus found?
