What if... 
before everything had happened, a pretty doll lived in Ugly vile? Her name is Neon! A pretty doll who somehow managed up in Ugly vile. She of course stood out. But it wasn't completely out of the ordinary for the Uglies! One day a curious Moxy goes and looks through a giant flower and brings Neon and others along with her, that's when Neon found others like her. Another like her.
