Anora ends up getting into some deep trouble, having to dig and dig tunnels alongside strangers and people she knows. As orcs are well-hated she deals with them with respect and kindness, no matter what they do. Thinking that everyone, even the darkest and twisted of people or creatures, just deserves a bit of kindness.
But such kindness is not overlooked, it is wildly known through the tunnels, by each of the orcs/Uruk's. Word gets even to Adar, that such kindness has been constant to his children by not just him but by another.
Curiosity. Dreams. Kindness. All play a part in both. It may differ with each on how it's done, choices will be questioned, and decisions will be fast.
