(Y/N) (L/N) is an ordinary kid, he is a junior in highschool and has no friends.

Somehow a god chose him for a experiment claiming that he would put him in an alternate world, the catch? flowers grow out of his body constantly at a slow rate that will render him dead in a month, the god calls this the "Buttercup Syndrome" as the flowers that grow are specificly Buttercup flowers

if he can build strong bonds then he will allow him to live and give him the option to either stay in that alternate world or go back home to his own world

Can (Y/N) build the bonds within the time he has allowed? or will he succumb to the illness before he has the chance?
