Introverted, feared or disliked by a lot of people and also has some sanity issues. He doesn't like opening up and despises hanging out with a group of people. He only has a soft spot for Henry and is only gentle and caring with him. Even if he dislikes something, he would actually bear it if it makes Henry happy. He knows Henry is not mentally very strong and tries to protect him from having his feelings hurt.Complete

This work follows The Hunger Games book from the POV of an OC. Some of the plot will be changed and/or dialogue will be different. I will be following the original plot from the book as closely as possible, with some variations of differing scenes or text due to the OC insert. This work will span through the first book in The Hunger Games Trilogy, and I hope to create others in the future that insert Willow into the other two books as well. Disclaimer: There will likely be some stuff in this fic that are cliche within Hunger Games fics. Also note: there's a last name naming convention for abandoned and orphaned children that is used throughout the districts. Willow's last name is Fairchild because of this. Fairchild is the most common surname for orphans, and is known throughout the districts to be for an orphaned or abandoned person. ALSO IMPORTANT: In this fanfic, Peeta and Katniss are aged up to 18, everybody else's ages are staying the same, don't come for me pls.
